Supporting Evidence for Job Application | Includes data appearing on copies of identification cards, passports, driver’s licenses, military service records, employment certificates, salary certificates, pay slips, house registration, name change documents, and related documents. |
Sensitive Personal Data | Includes religion, criminal history, health information such as weight and height, chronic diseases, medical examination results (doctor’s certificates), body temperature, and disabilities. |
