Substrate Preparation

• Chip or scrape the surface for a rough texture to improve adhesion
• The surface should be solid and clean without dirt and impurities
• Apply water to the surface until saturated and left for 4 hours then remove excess water on the surface before applying the mixture

Mixing Ratio

• Crocodile Fast Patch 928 7.4 kg per 1 liter of water or;
• Crocodile Fast Patch 928 3.5 parts per 1 part of water (by volume)

Mixing

• Measuring water with recommended mixing ratio in bucket then slowly pour Crocodile Fast Patch 928 while slowly stir with motorized paddle mixer, running at low speed, or trowel until the mixture become homogenous (approximately 1-2 minutes) before using
• Mix in small quantity for 10 minutes of working period
• For application over 51 mm in thickness, mixing small gravel under 10 mm is recommended for 50-80% by weight after the mixture become homogenous
• For small quantity usage, using trowel to mix for repairing period under 10 minutes and use immediately

Installation

• Using trowel to apply the mixture to repair the specimen. Do not use water to smoothen the surface. Wait until the mixture starting to form and use trowel to finish the surface
• For layer pouring, scraping the surface and left for 1 day and applying water until saturated to improve adhesion before applying the next layer

Usage Ratio

20 kg per 0.011 m³

Recommendation

It is not advised to apply the product under following conditions;

• Thickness under 13 mm
• Asphaltic or latex modified concrete surface
• Use as bonding mixture
• Mix with other chemicals or products
• Adding water afterward to improve workability and using water for surface smoothening
• Temperature under 4°C or over 35°C

Caution 
• Cement may cause injury to skin or eyes. Use of rubber gloves, dust masks, eye protection, and other safety equipment is recommended.

• Keep out of reach of children
• Avoid contact with skin. Wash thoroughly after handling.
• If contact with eyes occurs, flush immediately and repeatedly with water, and then contact doctor immediately.

Storage 

• It should be kept in a dry place and the temperature is not too high to avoid product’s degradation.
• Shelf life for 1 year since manufactured date.
