Product Application

Structure and cement: concrete components, hard natural stone, ceramic, fiber cement, cement, brick, masonry, iron, steel, aluminum, wood, and glass

Application Instruction

Substrate Preparation

• Concrete: Clean the surface to be free of all dirt, dust, paint, oil stains, and no waterlogging.
• Steel: Must be clean and of suitable quality for work. Using a sprayer and the vacuum to avoid dew point conditions.

Application

1. Stir both parts and pour part B into all of part A. Mixing with low-speed mixer for about 35 seconds mixes until blended and turn grey.
2. Take Crocodile Structure Bonding Epoxy and plaster it or apply it to the desired surface area. Should be completed within 1-1.5 hours.

2.1 When used as a bonding adhesive for plastering: Apply the mixture to the prepared surface with a spatula, trowel, or by hand wearing gloves.

      2.2 When using for repair work: use partial formwork.

2.3 When used for attaching steel sheets to vertical surfaces: use supporting materials. and hold it for at least 12 hours, depending on the thickness (not more than 5 mm.) and the temperature while working. When dry, check for adhesion using a hammer

Caution

• Use of rubber gloves, dust masks, eye protection, and other safety equipment is recommended.
• In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice.
• Apply with good ventilation. Do not inhale product.
• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not eat

Storage

• It should be kept in a dry place and the temperature is not too high to avoid product degradation.
• Use within 1 year from the date of manufacturing.
