Crocodile M-Kill is waterborne biocidal wash used for killing Mold and Algae. Safe for users. It can be used for reducing moisture by applying directly onto cement substrate. Suitable for all kinds of substrate. It can be overpainted. Preventive, long lasting, and reducing the damage caused by mold and algae.

Application Instruction

Substrate Preparation

Clean the substrate with water. Remove mold and algae with a plastic brush or high-pressure water jet. Finally clean all dirt with water. Leave it to dry before applying the products.

Application Method

Apply 1 coat by brush or roller onto substrate without dilute by thinner or any solvents. Leave it to dry for 3-4 hours before applying paint to the topcoat.

Estimated Coverage

35-40 sq.m/gallon/coat. It depends on the type and condition of the substrate. The exact consumption must be determined by means of a sampling of the work.

Apply by brush or roller.

Tool Cleaning

Clean tools after use with water

Suggestion

  • The product is designed for vertical areas.
  • In case apply on new cement substrate. It must be left to dry for at least 28 days.
  • Do not apply on surfaces in constant contact with water or moisture.
  • In case of rain, let the substrate dry before applying.

Caution

  • Recommend using rubber gloves, dust masks, eyeglasses and personal safety equipment.
  • Apply with good ventilation. Do not inhale product.
  • In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice.
  • Keep away from children.

Storage

The shelf life is approximately 1 year if stored off ground in original, sealed containers and keep away from direct sunlight.
