Hybrid Clear Water Base Floor Coating Crocodile A-200 is a water-based hybrid acrylic polymer for clear coat flooring. It is special formulation for both external and internal area with special properties as a non-yellowing, waterproofing, hard film, excellent adhesion, excellent weatherability, high water resistance, excellent gloss retention and reduced dirt pick-up, can be used for both interior and exterior.

Application Instruction

Substrate Preparation

  • The substrate must be sound, clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease, laitance etc.
  • All traces of form release agents or curing agents must be removed.
  • A light sanding with suitable abrasive material is recommended before application.
  • Any resulting dust or loose particles must be removed.
  • In case of mold and algae, brush and clean with Crocodile Biocidal Wash then leave it dry for 24 hrs. and clean with water before coating with Crocodile A200.

Application Method

Apply Crocodile A-200 as topcoat for at least 2 coats, recoat after 3-4 hours.

Brush, roller, or spray.

Cleaning

Clean all equipment with clean water immediately after use.

Estimated Coverage

9-11 sq. m./ liter /coat (depending on surface porosity and application method.)

Recommendation

  • Should be used under appropriate conditions. Not too hot or not too humid.
  • Do not apply the product on slippery surfaces, low water absorption materials, or coated surfaces such as ceramic tiles, synthetic tiles, etc.
  • Do not apply while the surface is wet and humid.
  • Surface moisture should be less than 7% on concrete surface.
  • Apply in good ventilation. Do not inhale the product.

Caution

  • In case of contact with eyes, wash immediately with clean water and seek medical help.
  • Recommend using rubber gloves, dust mask, eyeglasses and personal safety equipment.
  • Keep the container tightly closed to prevent drying
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

  • Keep the containers in a dry place and the temperature is not too high to avoid product degradation.
  • Shelf life of 1 year, unopened containers.
