Crocodile Admix Mold-W is a concentrate, low viscosity water base release agent for all type of Concrete formwork. It is a light amber liquid that will not stain. It reacts with cement paste at interface of the concrete and formwork to produce a thin layer coating of film enabling quick, clean, and easy striking of formwork. It's suitable for all types of formworks (steel, plastic, woods or aluminum) and concrete construction.

Application Instruction

Substrate Preparation

The surfaces of formwork should be clean, and free from oil grease or any contaminant. Apply with a low pressure spray, sponge mop, roller or brush before erecting the formwork. Concrete can be placed soon after application of Crocodile Admix Mold-W.

Coverage (After mix with water)

The coverage of Crocodile Admix Mold-W is 20-60 sq.m depending on the type of formwork and its surface condition.

For wood formwork, 20-35 sq.m./1 liter

For steel and plastic formwork, 35-60 sq.m./1 liter

Caution

  • Do not inhale
  • For spray application, work in well-ventilated area
  • Should be used with protection equipment such as gloves, dust mark and glasses.
  • If contact with skin or eyes, clean it with water. If irritation, immediately see a doctor.
  • Keep out of reach of children

Storage

  • It should be kept in a dry place and the temperature is not too high to avoid product degradation.
  • Use within 1 year from the date of manufacturing.
