Crocodile Admix Mold-O is a ready to use, low viscosity oil base release agent for all type of Concrete formwork. It is a light amber liquid that will not stain. It reacts with cement paste at interface of the concrete and formwork to reduce a thin layer coating of film enabling quick, clean and easy striking of formwork. It's suitable for all type of formwork (steel, plastic, woods, or aluminum) and concrete construction.

Application Instruction

Substrate Preparation

The surfaces of formwork should be clean and free from oil grease or any contaminant. Apply by a low-pressure spray, sponge mop, roller or brush before erecting the formwork. Concrete can be placed soon after application of Crocodile Admix Mold-O.

Estimated Coverage

The coverage of Crocodile Admix Mold-O will vary depending on the type of formwork and its surface condition.

For wood formwork, 1 liter per 20-60 sq.m.

For steel and plastic formwork, 1 liter per 35-60 sq.m.

Limitation

Do not add water to the product.

Caution

  • Do not inhale
  • For spray application, work in well-ventilated area
  • Should be used with the protection equipment such as gloves, dust mark and glasses.
  • If contact with skin or eyes, clean it with water. If irritation, immediately see a doctor.
  • Keep out of reach of children

Storage

  • It should be kept in a dry place and the temperature is not too high to avoid product degradation.
  • Use within 1 year from the date of manufacturing.
