Crocodile Admix Mold WR is ready to use water based mold releasing agent without any additional of water. Crocodile Admix Mold WR has a low odor and can be used for outdoor application. Crocodile Admix Mold WR is used to apply all kinds of concrete formwork. The product forms a thin film between formwork surface and the concrete but does not cause any stain on the concrete surface, while protect concrete not to stick to the formwork. Crocodile Admix Mold WR helps to remove the formwork safety quickly, cleanly, and easily. It does not darken the color of the concrete compared to general mold releasing agent. It also reduces the formation of air bubbles on the concrete surface.

Application Instruction

Substrate Preparation

The formwork surface should be clean, and free from dust, debris, oil, grease, or other material.

Application

  • Spray with a low-pressure sprayer and apply with the roller sponge or use the brush to wipe off the excess part.
  • The formwork application can be applied immediately or leave on not over 24 hours to prevent the admixture evaporation.

Limitations

Shake and stir Crocodile Admix Mold WR well before use.

Caution

  • Avoid applying or using the product under heavy rain conditions.
  • The solution should be allowed to dry before pouring concrete.
  • Do not inhale or use near flame.
  • Spraying should be done in a well-ventilated area.
  • The product may irritate skin, so use various safety protection equipment such as gloves, dust masks, goggles, etc.
  • In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical consultation.
  • In case of contact with facial skin, clean immediately with soap and clean water.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Handling & Storage

  • Store the product in a dry place and the temperature is not too high.
  • Shelf life is 1 year from the production date.
