Crocodile Backing Rod is a closed-cell, polyethylene foam joint filler and backing for elastomeric sealants such as polyurethane, silicone, acrylic, hybrid & polymer based sealants. It compresses easily to accommodating joints of varying widths.

Application Instruction

  • The joint must be clean, dry and free of obstructions.
  • Backing Rod should be 20-30% wider than joint or penetration to be filled
  • Gently press the rod into the joint or penetration using a blunt edged tool

Storage

Store in a dry place and out of direct sunlight
