JORAKAY CSR Activity - Giving Recycled Plastic Bins on “Hero Tackles Plastic Waste” Campaign
“Jorakay” determines to create happiness for sustainable society through Jorakay CSR campaign “Jorakay Upcycling”, from the origin of solving the plastic waste quantity problem in sustainable way by executing water management through collecting, sorting, and processing to the good standard. This starts with a pilot project within the Organization, from the head office and Saraburi Plant, through recycling and upcycling process, turning them into a new product – a brand new ‘recycled plastic bin’.
The new “recycled plastic bins” are delivered in the campaign “Hero Tackles Plastic Waste” to 5 schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Authority (BMA) supervision in Saphan Sung District, featuring Somphoch Krunganusorn (200 Pee) School, Surao Thap Chang Khlong Bon School, Suraoladbuakhao School, Surao Siro School, and Sam Yaek Khlong Lolae School, as well as Wihan Daeng District Office, Saraburi Province, Banklonggom School, Krabi Province. This means to promote awareness and motivate all to handle recycling waste management correctly according to circular economy principle for all communities around main office, and Saraburi Plant to help create good environment for our society “towards global sustainability.”
