The JORAKAY JUNIOR BADMINTON CHAMPIONSHIP 2023 Concludes at Court 3

          The JORAKAY JUNIOR BADMINTON CHAMPIONSHIP 2023 has concludes at court 3. This annual event, now in its 9th year, is a CSR activity organized by Jorakay Corporation. The tournament took place from December 24th to 28th, 2023, at Future Arena, Pathum Thani. The competition is certified and accumulates points at level 5 by the Badminton Association of Thailand under the Royal Patronage.

          “Jorakay”  is committed to creating a livable and sustainable society in alignment with global development trends. To elevate the competition, we aim to promote environmental awareness by utilizing recycled materials. In this instance, environmentally friendly materials are used for accessories such as lanyards, which are produced from plastic bottle fibers (600 ml) – 50 bottles per lanyard – and commemorative items like recycled fabric pillows and blankets made from plastic bottle fibers (1500 ml) – 27 bottles per item. These materials undergo meticulous processing and beautiful design. Additionally, the field decoration incorporates eco-friendly materials, contributing to further benefits.

          We were honored to have Mr. Suppapong Phetsuit, President of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Woraphot Tangmanasawong, Vice President of Marketing, present awards to the young winners of the JORAKAY JUNIOR BADMINTON CHAMPIONSHIP 2023. This recognition serves as encouragement for athletes, clubs, and parents who have contributed to supporting young badminton enthusiasts. It is our hope that these young athletes, who have a passion for badminton, will continue to develop and contribute to the long-term success of Thai badminton in the future.

The competition was filled with smiles and the joyful atmosphere of children. In the end, we crowned champions in each age category for this regional event. We look forward to another exciting competition in 2024."
