Application Instruction

Substrate Preparation

• Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dirt, dust, oil, paint, and other contaminants, ensuring that the surface is dry, solid, and capable of good adhesion.
• In case of surface mold or water streaks, scrub with a mold remover and water streak remover solution, such as Crocodile M-Kill, then leave the surface to dry for 1-2 days.
• If the surface has low adhesion properties, such as sandy or dusty surfaces, clean and use an undercoat of old plaster primer.
• For surfaces with cracks, repair the cracks with putty before paint.
• If repainting over the existing color, scrape off the deteriorated paint film entirely, clean the surface, and use an undercoat of old plaster primer before applying the new paint.

Product Preparation

• Pour component 1 into a container, and use a stirrer for 1-2 minutes. Afterward, add components 2 and 3 in sequence. It is not recommended to separate the components. Stir the mixture with a lime putty mixer for approximately 3-5 minutes. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then stir again for another 30 seconds. After this, the mixture is ready for use. It is advisable to use the product within 30 minutes after mixing.

Application Method

Primer Application:

• Use a brush or roller to paint for one round, covering the entire area where dimensional work is required.

Rendering Application for the Topcoat:

• Use a trowel to coat the surface of the wall until it is even throughout. In this case, use a trowel to scrape the color, and slide it up and down for pattern decoration. Adjustments and tuning can be done as needed until the topcoat sets.

Spray Application for the Topcoat:

• Pour the pre-mixed color into the paint sprayer. Spray the color, leaving a distance of approximately 40 centimeters from the wall. Use a trowel and other shaping tools for pattern decoration. Adjustments and tuning can be done as needed until the topcoat sets.

Drying

• Drying time for the primer coat is approximately 4 hours, depending on ambient conditions (referring to the standard environmental conditions with a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius and relative humidity of 65%).
• Drying time for the topcoat is approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on environmental conditions. Afterward, protect the surface from water for at least 24 hours (referring to the standard environmental conditions with a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius and relative humidity of 60%).

Coverage Rates

• Primer coat: 1.5-1.8 square meters per kilogram.
• Coating rate for spray texture 0.45-0.50 square meters per kilogram.
• Coating rate for Topcoat with a small trowel: 0.40-0.45 square meters per kilogram.
• Coating rate for Topcoat with a large trowel: 0.40-0.42 square meters per kilogram.

Tools

• Paintbrush, paint roller, foam brush, airless, or other applicable equipment.

Tool cleaning

• Clean tools after use with warm water.

Additional Information

• It is advisable to use the product within 30 minutes after mixing.
• In the case of creating texture using the small and large trowel, absolutely do not hit the water into foam.
• If working in an area with intense sunlight or on a hot surface, it can cause both the primer and topcoat to dry too quickly, leading to surface cracking. It is advisable to have sun protection materials to reduce heat.
• Avoid working on days with high humidity or rain, as it may result in the materials slow drying for both the primer and topcoat.

Caution 

• It is recommended to wear safety equipment, such as gloves, dust masks, and safety glasses.
• In the event of eye contact, rinse your eyes with clean water several times immediately and seek medical advice promptly.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage
• Keep it indoor, air flowable, dry area, room temperature.
• The product shelf life is 9 months from the manufacturing date.
