Dust Primer is a water-based primer made from special acrylic with small particles. It can deeply penetrate the surface and strengthen adhesion between the substrate and the old painted wall. It's a fast-drying formula with no pungent smell and is free from mercury and lead, making it safe for users and residents. Suitable for chalky surfaces, thin coat walls, skin coat walls, gypsum walls, concrete walls, pre-cast walls, fiber cement walls, artificial wood walls, gypsum boards, and previously painted flat tiles that are still in good condition. Suitable for interior and exterior applications.

Application Instruction

Substrate Preparation

  • Remove the deteriorated paint film with a brush and water.
  • If the substrate has mold and mildew, the surface needs to be cleaned by brush or high-pressure water jet and let the substrate dry before applying Crocodile M-Kill over the surface and leave it dry before applying Dust Primer
  • If any crack on the wall with a width of less than 0.3 mm., cover the gap with Crocodile Wall Putty. But apply Crocodile Acrylic Seal Plus if the crack width is higher than 0.3 mm. and sand to get a smooth surface before applying Dust Primer

Application

  • Open the lid, thoroughly mix Dust Primer and it is ready to use
  • The old deteriorated concrete surface, Chalky surface, Artificial wood, Fiber cement, and Skim coat walls.
  • After preparing the substrate, apply 1 coat of Dust Primer, and allow it to dry for 2 hours before applying the paint.
  • The fresh and old concrete surface with a moisture content of not more than 10%
  • Apply 1 coat of Dust Primer, and allow it to dry for 2 hours before applying the paint.

  • 10 sq.m./liter for smooth and low porosity surface
  • 6 sq.m./liter for chalky and high porosity surface
